Hopback, also known as wort grant or hot wort grant, is a process in the wort boiling for adding cone hops aromas and oils, which also can be used between whirlpool and wort cooling.

JSJ hop back design as high efficiency of hops aromas adding and extraction, inside assembly with a filter/sieve, use weight for hop back.
